Migraine & Headache Tracker Logbook
A migraine is usually a moderate or severe headache felt as a throbbing pain on one side of the head.
Symptoms can also include being sick, feeling nauseous and increased sensitivity to light or sound. It is a common health condition for all age groups, and it is often unclear what triggers a migraine or headache – but it can be worrying for both the sufferer and close relatives as causes can be difficult to identify.
If they occur often it is advisable to keep a record of when they happen and the particular symptoms you are feeling. This log book helps you track occurrences, trigger factors, symptoms and relief measures for each time you or your loved one develops a migraine or a headache.
This will identify patterns or triggers, so these factors can be identified as a way of prevention – or in the event where medical assistance is sought, you can show the history of occurrences to your medical practitioner.
